I am a front-end web developer. That means that I basically write HTML for content, CSS for style, and JavaScript / jQuery for scripts ( that take care of interactions / interactivity).

To make things more dynamic I write PHP and connect / talk to MySQL databases (to create dyanmic websiets / websiets with dynamic content).

Thats's really it-- but there's always more to it.

Imake the websiets look good on all screen sizes and devices (or viceversa) by implementing concepts of repsoive design (RWD) - link to vbbeepp atrticle) ...

I make my CSS more manageable by using Sass (scss) for CSS pre-processing.

Templateing , dwt templates, javascript framework !!! not yet !!! and Wordpress (.org, the self-hosted, not .com..)

Not really, but you could say that I'm a //web re-Designer//, often having to uppdate website I find myself having to update / upgrade functionalities and the look and feel of older websites, mainly adapting them to RWD and etc
